12x KC Champion Firebird vs 2020 Sexton Firebird vs 2021 Sexton Firebird

With the release of the 2021 Sexton Firebird, I decided to test out the stability against a stock Champion Firebird to see how it fared. I also managed you trade for a 2020 Firebird to get another data point. I took them each out to the field to test them all against each other. In these shots, I was aiming at a target about 350′ away, each shot was thrown with a flat release. I then normalized the release trajectory to show the unique flights more clearly.

Like the rumors say, the late run Sexton Firebirds at least are less stable than the regular runs. But it’s still a great flight and a great disc. I put this 2021 into my bag.
